Headteachers in Scotland are facing unprecedented leadership challenges as local authorities re-open schools during Phase 3 of the Government’s route map. School leaders are currently implementing a package of measures that must be put in place to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Whilst leaders continue to prioritise health and wellbeing, strong leaders will also be ensuring that their schools continue to deliver the highest quality of learning and teaching across their school.
The COVID-19 virus has led to challenges for everyone, but we at Education Scotland are doing our very best to ensure that those across the education system are supported during this unprecedented time. We are working closely with the Scottish Government to ensure advice and support for online professional learning continues during this challenging recovery period. The Headspace Recovery series is a national platform which provides a safe space where headteachers can connect online to discuss issues they are working through and, where relevant, to share resources or to highlight interesting practice which is being undertaken.
This event is aimed at primary headteachers. Once you have registered, we will issue the joining instructions prior to the event start time. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address upon registration.Book now
