This prototype programme is designed to support aspiring middle leaders in developing their understanding of the roles of middle leadership and the skills required to carry out the key aspects of these roles.

Participants will engage in self-evaluation to determine their next steps in their professional learning. They will also develop confidence and experience in the use of action learning sets as a structured method to address complicated issues by working collaboratively.

This is a facilitated learning session which provides valuable opportunities for participants to learn about ongoing support in their leadership journey as well as providing the time to create new links with colleagues from different sectors and local authorities.
