An interactive learning session that will focus on high quality questioning to address gender stereotypes in early level play-based learning. The session will stimulate professional dialogue in order to support innovative thinking and future planning for gender balance in play pedagogy. The session will make use of a short video stimulus which will be sent out ahead of the session. The following 3 questions will be asked:

  1. What examples of this specific issue have you seen in your setting?
  2. What do you think the impact of this is on the children and young people you work with?
  3. How could you address this moving forward?
