An interactive learning session that will focus on high quality questioning to address gender stereotypes in early level play-based learning. The session will stimulate professional dialogue in order to support innovative thinking and future planning for gender balance in play pedagogy. The session will make use of a short video stimulus which will be sent out ahead of the session. The following 3 questions will be asked:
- What examples of this specific issue have you seen in your setting?
- What do you think the impact of this is on the children and young people you work with?
- How could you address this moving forward?
